Position Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Broker / Office Administrator to support our clients and our brokerage operations. This dual role blends client service, insurance advising, and administrative responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a flexible, small-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to provide insurance advice, quotes, renewals, and policy changes.

• Deliver excellent, customer-focused service with professionalism and integrity.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communication.

• Assist with policy documentation, processing, and follow-up.

• Contribute to the efficiency and positive culture of the brokerage.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required, or willingness to obtain (training support available).

• Previous insurance, administrative, or customer service experience an asset.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team environment.
